brothers, Molly Malecki, Jennifer McNair, Don Swain, Cate
Wagner, Dave Tremewan, Cliff Robinson, Maureen Glover, Cliff
Poehler, and myself with the able assistance of our Business
Agents, Matt Nelson and Steve Marincel, we have the result
of that count.
With an overwhelming majority - over 95% - the contract has been accepted by all 6 AFSCME Locals - 34, 552, 1719, 2822, 2864 and 2938 - Legal Unit.
Remember that you as members of AFSCME were the ones responsible for this success by your participation in the process. Your visible and vocal presence at the rallies, your e-mails and phone calls, combined with the work of the Master Negotiations Committee, the Action Team, the Strike Committee and the Table Team is what made this Building for a Better Contract Campaign the success story that it was.
