We know health is important to you, it is important to your Union as well.

Here are some tips to stay healthy:

• Wash your hands with soap for a minimum of 20
seconds

• If you can’t wash your hands, use hand sanitizer
and let it dry naturally

• Clean your desk when you arrive, throughout
the day, and before you leave **please note:
follow the sanitizing wipes instructions for
disinfection versus cleaning, for example Staples
brand disinfecting wipes require the surface to be
wet with disinfectant for 4 minutes to disinfect

• Cover your cough with your arm/elbow, use
hand sanitizer after as needed

• Avoid touching your face to limit spread of
viruses

• Rest well, eat healthy, and stay home when you
are sick
